Shipping & delivery

All our products are shipped directly from our store in Jakobstad. Do note that it usually takes 1 business day from receiving the order to sending it to the courier.

Can I pick up my order at the store?

Yes you can! Choose your item in our webshop and select “store pick up” as delivery option at checkout. Your order will be available for pick up from the store within 1 business day. For this option there is no delivery cost.

How long will it take to receive my order?

For Posti it generally takes 2-3 business days for deliveries in Finland and 3-7 business days for other countries in EU.

Do I have to pay taxes on my order?

Taxes are already included in the cost of the item and there are no extra taxes or duties on orders shipped within the European Union.

I have not received an order confirmation, what should I do?

In case you do not receive your order confirmation email please contact our customer care via email at info@bros.fi.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

All items can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. All returned items must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, unused in all ways and sent back in their original packaging. Note that the return shipping is paid by the customer. You can also return your orders to the store at Bros, Styrmansgatan 8, 68600 Jakobstad.

How do I return my order?

Can I exchange my item?

While we do not offer an exchange service, you are welcome to return any item within 14 days of receiving it. For exchanges, re-purchase the preferred item after a return. Please note that the returned item must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed and unused in all ways.

My order is incorrect what should I do?

Everything we send for delivery is quality controlled, however, if you receive an incorrect order or a faulty product, we will happily replace it or refund the costs. Do note that the product needs to be returned within 14 days of purchase. If you have received an incorrect order, please contact us via email at info@bros.fi.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received your return and inspected it, your payment will be refunded to the original payment account using the same method and the amount should show on you bank statement within 10 business days.

Is the return service free of charge?

Return shipping is paid by the customer. Please note that leaving an order uncollected from a post office does not count as a return. In such cases we are unable to provide a full refund and you will be charged for the delivery cost.
