Our terms and conditions of purchase are subject to change, so please read through them carefully before placing your order. By confirming your purchase, you also agree on the terms of purchase. The purchase has been confirmed when you receive your confirmation email. You must ensure that all the information you provide, such as name, email and postal address, is correct. Please note that individuals under the legal age of 18, need a parent’s approval.

Payment options

Products and their delivery costs are paid at the checkout in our online store in connection with the order. We accept payments made through invoice, online banking and by credit card. All payments are handled by Paytrail. Paytrail is a safe and secure provider of payment services. You can choose the payment method that suits you from the following options:

Online payment

We accept online payments from the following providers: Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP Pankki, Säästöpankki, S-pankki and Ålandsbanken.

Credit card payment

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Payments made with credit cards are processed using a secure payment form and the credit card information is not stored in the e-commerce database.

Prices

The prices displayed at Bros Jakobstad include the statutory value added tax. The delivery charges are included in the price of all items sold in the online shop. Please note that all prices and product information in the online shop are subject to change.

Faulty items

Everything we send for delivery is quality controlled, however, if you receive a faulty product or an incorrect order, we will happily replace it or refund the costs as long as it is returned within 14 days of purchase.
